Short Sale Guide and The Housing Market

Are you still unsure of exactly what a short sale is and if you would qualify? Here is a great video that explains not only what the housing market looks like with all the distressed properties out there right now, but it also explains how banks ARE working with homeowners. It explains how much more a bank will lose if your home is foreclosed on and that as banks continue to employ the right amount of people, selling your home as a short sale might be the right move for you. Phoenix Zoo Winter in July

Looking for something cool to do this Saturday July 17th well look no further. The Phoenix Zoo is having winter in July to not only help to cool off the animals but to help cool off people too.

They will dump 60 tons of snow and host activities for people to be part of.  While trying to keep the animals cool it is a great way to get outside and stay cool at the same time for people as well.

For more information take a look at Phoenix Zoo in July.

Mortgage Fraud – Be Careful

As a real estate agent, I devote extra attention to issues facing struggling homeowners. But any homeowner should know that the FBI has reported a 400 percent increase in mortgage fraud cases from five years ago. Sadly, some people are praying on those who need help the most.

If you or anyone you know is going through a mortgage-related transaction, there are some “red flags” to be aware of. I created a report on my website that gives examples of what fraud cases the FBI has been noticing.

More Options for People Other Than Foreclosure

Today, millions of homeowners are facing the possibility of foreclosure, often due to reasons they simply couldn’t avoid like a job lay off or medical bills. Those are the people I’m here to help.

Are you or someone you know struggling with mortgage payments and don’t know what to do? With more than one in seven homeowners currently missing mortgage payments, you’re not alone.

One thing I tell struggling homeowners about is something called the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program, or HAFA, which offers a $3,000 incentive to avoid foreclosure by pursuing a short sale or deed-in-lieu, two dignified foreclosure alternatives.

I’ve written a report that details all the options and benefits of avoiding foreclosure. Please share this URL with anyone who needs that information:

As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I have a thorough understanding of what a distressed homeowner’s best options are, so please refer anyone to me who could use this kind of assistance.
